Lion of Judah Fishing collects your device location to provide local fishing conditions, tide data, and region-specific species information. Location data is used only within the app and is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
Your location is used solely to fetch weather data from OpenWeatherMap and tide data from NOAA for your local area. This data is processed in real time and not retained. Catch log data is stored locally on your device only.
We use OpenWeatherMap (openweathermap.org) for weather data and NOAA Tides and Currents (tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov) for tide predictions. Both services receive only your approximate coordinates to return local data.
All personal data including your catch log is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not operate servers that store personal information.
Lion of Judah Fishing does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
